The eSafety Forum Workshop titled “User Benefits Drive the Market” is being jointly held with an eSafety awards ceremony at the Diamant Conference and Business Centre, Brussels on 5 November 2008.
Results from the following studies will be presented:
o Effects of eSafety systems on accidents and their consequences - results from TRACE
o Socio-economic assessment of 12 intelligent vehicle safety systems – results from eIMPACT
o Impacts of five cooperative systems – results from CODIA
Discussions and interactive sessions are also scheduled to take place whereby participants can get involved via an interactive voting system and will be able to express their views on the key issues and discuss the various topics, such as user awareness and implications for infrastructure operators.
