This conference will be held over 2 to 5 September 2009 in Croatia. This four-day event aims to gather GNSS experts and focuses on GNSS problems and vulnerabilities, as well as on developments aiming to improve the accuracy and reliability of GNSS.

Two special sessions will be organised to address particular causes of GNSS vulnerabilities:

o        Space Weather and Ionospheric Effects on GNSS, and

o        Safety Critical Applications (concerning primarily ITS).

In addition to these, the conference will address other causes of GNSS vulnerabilities and solutions to these, including:

o        Core GNSS system vulnerabilities

o        GNSS augmentation system vulnerabilities

o        GNSS interference and management

o        Multipath management

o        Navigation algorithms

o        Design of user equipment

o        System integration issues related to vulnerability

o        User experience – applications
