The 16th International Road Federation World Road Meeting will be held over 25 to 28 May 2010 in Lisbon, Portugal.
The World Road Meeting will be looking at the road as a means to improve quality of life.
The meeting aims to bring together top level representatives of the road construction industry, engineering companies, road equipment companies, the concessionaires, road authorities, researchers and interest groups.
Topics to be discussed will include:
o Road construction and maintenance
o Road equipment
o Road markings
o ITS technology
o Tolling systems
o Traffic emergency systems.
